Medical Receptionist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage office supplies and inventory

```Experience```
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other medical software systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy rights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
