Medical Receptionist

Medical receptionist needed for a clinic in Alpharetta with Satellite locations in Suwanee and Cumming. Must be dependable, punctual and team player. Must have experience in eclincialworks EMR. Monday Wednesday and Thursday in Alpharetta , Tuesday in Suwanee and Friday in Cumming. please reply with resume. No health insurance provided .

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
-collect necessary co-pays or fees
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize medical office systems eClinicalWorks,
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using medical office systems such as Eaglesoft, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws

Note: Experience in an emergency room (ER) setting is a plus.
