Must have the ability to handle multiple administrative duties that include but is not limited to medical record releases, working with auditors to facilitate quality and HEDIS audits, and uploading Quality Gap data to payers. Will communicate with patients to schedule appointments and will assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:Will use Excel spreadsheets to document progress.
- Medical office experience a plus.
- Excel experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
