Seeking a Medical Receptionist to work at an Orthopedic medical office in Smithtown, NY! Our client is seeking someone willing to work a full time schedule. Fasted paced office hiring on a temporary-to-permanent basis!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine administrative tasks
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Greet Patients at the front door
- Prepare rooms for patient examinations
- Answer Phones and Schedule Appointments
- 1 year of experience
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
