You will be the first point of contact in our facility, playing a crucial role in customer interaction, scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in an extensive 3-4 week paid training program tailored to equip you for your role.
- Provide high-quality face-to-face customer interactions.
- Accurately enter data across multiple systems.
- Efficiently handle patient registrations in a fast-paced environment.
