JOB DESCRIPTION: The Medical Receptionist is responsible for taking calls and scheduling appointments for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Counselors. Duties include recording and updating histories and contact information and assisting other staff members when needed to promote patient care and continue the smooth operation of the clinic.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: Education High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
