As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a medical office by handling various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing the physician's calendar
- Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and routing calls to the appropriate personnel
- Verifying patient information and insurance details
- Maintaining electronic medical records using Crystal PM
- Coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs
- Handling billing and insurance claims processing

- Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of various medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health records and be proficient with typing

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.50 per hour
