Full-time position, five days per week.
Warmly greeting patients at front desk, answering patient inquiries, taking incoming calls, scheduling appointments, entering patient demographic and insurance information into computer, checking for/requesting referrals and prior authorizations, accepting patient payments, opening/distributing mail, communicating with MDs, clinic staff and billing office, as needed.
Must have excellent customer relations skills and the ability to multi-task and to work smoothly as part of a team. Must be dependable and hard-working. Good computer skills and previous medical office experience preferred. Competitive compensation, based on experience.
