Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a talented and innovative Medical Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing first-class medical care and administrative support while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Medical professionals are our patients' first point of contact, so we're looking for a compassionate professional that excels at customer service, communication and has strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and direct incoming phone calls with patients.
• Answer questions about the schedule and fees for medical services.
• Act as a representative of the practice.
• Understand insurance plans and know how to verify.
• Self-Motivated
• Scan, fax, and process documents
• Hard worker who is okay with a moderate to fast paced environment
• Friendly and East to get along with

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
