Medical Receptionist
Citrin Cardiology, P.C. is a full-service, independently owned cardiology practice with an adjoining vein clinic located in Mobile, AL. We are a rapidly growing, dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm and friendly environment.
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering and returning phone calls, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the front desk. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, willing to learn, and has the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a medical setting preferred
Job Duties:
·Greeting patients and helping ensure they are seen in a timely manner.
·Answering and returning all calls from patients as well as other staff members.
·Assisting with day-to-day patient reception duties.
·Maintain medical records and complete all required documentation.
·Maintain a clean and orderly reception area at all times, including cleaning out wastebaskets and restocking necessary office supplies.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment (at times) with an ability to prioritize tasks.
·Ability to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team.
·Strong phone skills in communication with both patients and staff.
·Ability to work in a position of high stress with the ability to handle stress in other ways during the course of the day (e.g., dealing with difficult patients).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
