Medical Receptionist

This position will start part-time mornings, and go full time starting August 1st.

Small pediatric practice looking for friendly professional to join our family. Must have front office experience, be reliable and a team player.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Verifying and updating patient information using EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Collect and process deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and balances from patients
- Verify insurance
- Provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
- Attention to detail to accurately update patient information and process payments
