We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care setting and will be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare providers.
- Schedule appointments for patients in a timely manner.
- Collect patient information, including insurance information, and enter it into the system.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services.
- Assist with medical billing and coding.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
