Medical Receptionist

A growing Gastroenterology Practice is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist who thrives working in a fast-paced environment to aid us in providing top-notch service to our patients.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and includes some travel between locations. Position entails greeting patients & visitors, checking patients in/out, scheduling & confirming appointments, answering & triaging calls & transferring calls to appropriate parties, processing patient payments, updating patient records & other duties, as assigned.

Previous experience as a receptionist preferred but we will train the right person. Experience in the medical field a PLUS, but also not required. Excellent verbal communication skills & the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced work environment are essential. Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
