Duties Include:
- Assisting Walk-In Patients
- Answering incoming calls from patients or providers with upcoming orders
- Order status updates and processing
- Using online patient ordering forums and our patient database
- Electronic faxing
- Communication with Doctor`s offices and hospitals learning about all durable medical equipment
