Medical Receptionist

We are an independent gastroenterology practice . The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual who works well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones to both help schedule patients for appointments and confirm upcoming appointments
• Verify patient insurances and assist in collecting copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
• Help check patients in and out of the office
• Assist in medical record management including scanning intake forms as well as handling incoming and outgoing faxes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
