Form of workTLC Pediatrics is hiring a full time receptionist. As a Medical Receptionist at TLC Pediatrics, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and their families, collecting copays and co insurance amounts, verifying insurance eligibility, processing incoming and outgoing faxes and using common office equipment. This position will also assist with medical records, referrals, insurance, and PCMH reporting/scheduling on an as needed basis. We are looking for someone who is dependable, teachable, has a positive attitude, is able to multitask and is willing to work as a team.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Beginning and ending times may vary depending on clinic needs.
Past medical office experience is highly valued but not required.
Yearly flu shots are required.
