```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office setting and possess strong administrative and communication skills.

```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments using the office's scheduling system
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or fees
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks as needed
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as directed by physicians
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, emails, and mail
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in using office software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with dental office software such as Dentrix is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
