SalaryExperienced medial secretary with strong interpersonal skills, knowledgeable in Medent EMR, and in checking insurances eligibility, schedulong office appointments, check in and check out patients, answering phones and eletronic triages from patients; Individual most be able to collect copays and deductibles, update patient's ledger in medent and post copays and deductibles to appropriate charts; This individual must have strong organizational skills and time management to file incoming electronic documents, consults, imaging and labs to make ready for upcoming appointments. Individual most feel confident in contacting insurances about eligibility concerns and compassionately directing patients in setting up appointments and referrals. Perference will be given to individual who has some billing experience in medent and understands office flow in a family medicine office that sees both adults and pediatrics

Pay: $17.00 - $19.84 per hour
