Summary/Objective

We are looking for a team member with a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality, with a strong background in high-end customer service. The front desk coordinator for McCollough Plastic Surgery focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquires on services provided, pricing and products available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients as they arrive for their appointments.
• Facilitates patient flow by notifying the clinical staff of patient arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating such with patients and clinical staff.
• Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
• Ensures a positive experience for each patient through excellent customer service practices.
• Educates patients on services offered by McCollough Plastic Surgery.
• Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries.
• Maintains a clean and organized front desk area.
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred
• Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
