Pacific Comprehensive Health is a new Primary Care Clinic located in Pasco delivering Primary care services in the Tricities region and plan to expand as we grow. We're looking for a receptionist and administrative assistant to join our team. We offer competitive pay.
No experience required. (We will train you onsite to fit the requirements of the clinic)
Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ideal candidates are excellent at answering phones, effectively communicating ,taking messages and answering clients questions, speaking with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Effective communicating skills, execute clients' requests efficiently and accurately..
- Schedule/update/Reschedule appointments.
- Enter accurate client data, insurance information and patient registration including copay collection and data reporting.
- Type, copy, and fax documents. Reply emails/phone calls/Fax messages.
- Proficient in using computers, email, word document use.
- Prioritize work flow, Multitask for efficient running of the clinics daily activities. Full details of job functions available during interview.
- Work as a team with the other medical staff of the clinic.
- Follow company's policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
