Front Office Receptionist

Come join our amazing team at LV Wellness in Mukilteo! Looking for a reliable, organized, outgoing receptionist for our busy location, you will be the first contact for patients, guests, and walk-ins. This position is varied: including providing office, technology and customer support duties.

The front desk receptionist job description consists of the following major tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Offers beverages to guests, maintains reception cleanliness
• Schedules meetings for Dr. Day, as well as appointments for customers/patients
• Contributes to team meetings and ideas to improve the business
• Operates telephone; answers and takes messages daily, checks email and phone messages throughout day
• Handles outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail, supplements
• Responsible for placing outgoing calls to clients and patients
• Drafts, reviews, and proofreads office documents
• Responsible for basic data entry as assigned
• Maintains and stocks basic office supplies

HOURS: MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY 9:30AM-6:30PM, a 1 hour lunch or 30 minute lunch with 2- 15 minute breaks included in pay

Pay: $19.35 - $22.10 per hour
