Core duties and responsibilities of the clinic includes the following:
· Serve patients by greeting and helping them, schedule appointments, and maintain records and accounts.
· Optimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
· Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
· Comfort patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining reception area.
· Record and collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients.
· File, collect, and expedite third-party claims.
· Manage Rx refills and respond to patient phone calls.
· Maintain business office inventory and equipment.
· Place and expedite orders for supplies, verify receipt of supplies, and schedule equipment service and repairs.
· Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
· Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma required.
· 1-2 years’ relevant work experience.
Abilities and Skills:
· Proficient in the English language.
· Spanish proficiency a plus.
· Multi-task and prioritize duties efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
