Responsibilities include managing phone calls, patient intake/checkout, transactions, maintaining strict HIPPA compliance. In addition aiding in clinic flow with strategic scheduling, solving issues , promote practice and aid in filling schedule through a variety of means. Receiving referrals and sending orders.
