Job description

Excel Complete Home Healthcare is seeking to hire Home Health Medical Office Coordinator. Excel Complete Home Healthcare offers benefits for full time employees including: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.

Duties include:

  • Authorizations, Eligibility and Insurance verification
  • Preparing reports for quality assurance
  • Preparing reports for billing
  • Preparing timesheets for payroll
  • Preparing charts for pre-claim review and other audits
  • Assist in the hiring process
  • Prepare and maintain personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with required testing, competency checkoffs, and training
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Criminal background checks, OIG, I-9s, etc.
  • Assist with managing employee benefits
  • QuickBooks
  • Accounts payable
  • Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and have strong computer skills/knowledge
  • A strong background and knowledge of Medical Office Management is preferred
  • A strong background and knowledge of Human Resources is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
