Duties include:
- Authorizations, Eligibility and Insurance verification
- Preparing reports for quality assurance
- Preparing reports for billing
- Preparing timesheets for payroll
- Preparing charts for pre-claim review and other audits
- Assist in the hiring process
- Prepare and maintain personnel files
- Ensure compliance with required testing, competency checkoffs, and training
- Conduct New Hire Orientation
- Criminal background checks, OIG, I-9s, etc.
- Assist with managing employee benefits
- QuickBooks
- Accounts payable
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, organized and have strong computer skills/knowledge
- A strong background and knowledge of Medical Office Management is preferred
- A strong background and knowledge of Human Resources is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
