Job description

The Pelvic Place Physical Therapy is an upscale med-spa like specialty Therapy Practice that evaluates and treats vaginal, sexual, and pelvic, and reproductive health concerns. It is a small but HIGHLY DETAIL ORIENTED PRACTICE THAT PRIORITIZES QUALITY AND ACCURACY over quantity. It is important to note that you will be working DIRECTLY WITH THE BUSINESS OWNER WHO TAKES ALOT OF PRIDE IN THE SERVICE LEVEL THAT IS BEING PROVIDED TO THE PATIENTS. ** THE OFFICE HAS A CHANDELIER IN IT TO SET THE TONE SO WE WANT SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR APPEARARNCE AS THEY WILL BE A REPRESENTATION OF THE OFFICE.

DR. AMAGOH IS HIGHLY PARTICULAR BUT VERY DIRECT, GENEROUS, AND GLADLY REWARDS HARD WORK AND DEDICATION WITH MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY INCENTIVES AND BONUSES.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO GROW WITH THE OFFICE.

The office is open from Mondays to Thursdays from 8am to 6/7pm. Approx 10 hours a day for 4 days but we have part time and full-time opportunities.

  • Computer/tech savvy (using Excel spreadsheets, internet, social media, graphics and designing, brand management, data analysis etc.). REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in Physical Therapy, Women's Health, Urology, OBGYN, Urogyn, Pain management, rehabilitative medicine, Med spas, UPSCALE Private health practice, or similar industries are highly preferred.
  • Effective and efficient communication skills along with ability to multitask and prioritize required. ***ETHICAL AND RESPONSIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS REQUIRED****
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service required.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be flexible with work hours as hours may vary due to change in workload, assignments, and projects as needed.

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE: Marketing and Outreach to patients and providers about the services we provide. Scheduling appointments. Check patients in and out (The office sees 7 patients max per day and has 1-2 hour treatment sessions). Bring patient into room and assist them with heat placement. Send Reminder texts/calls/emails. Pull/Prep upcoming patient’s charts. Data entry. Bridging the gap between patients, provider, and referring physicians. Appropriate use of office TEMPLATES for communication consistency. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, fully stocked with laundry/linen, and materials needed for the day.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business)
- Previous experience in a similar role or in healthcare sales/marketing is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships with physicians
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends is a plus
