Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate to join the AMG Family Medicine Physician office in Bayonne, NJ part of Atlantic Medical Group.

hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
Responsibilities
- The MOA will greet patients, manage phones, schedule/confirm appointments, enter demographics & patient information, verify insurance coverage, complete necessary forms, collect co-pays, balance cash, maintain schedule in EMR system, and process pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases, and perform other administrative tasks typical of a physician practice.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Able to multitask and work flexible hours to accommodate physicians' schedule if necessary
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel helpful
- Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system desired
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma required
Relevant Experience:
- 1 year of prior experience is a plus
