Federally-designated as a Critical Access Hospital, UH Geneva Medical Center has grown to serve communities in a 20+ mile radius. UH Geneva Medical Center provides emergency medical care, in-patient hospital services, and outpatient testing and services.
Bonus: $6000; $3000 paid after 90 days and 3000 paid after 1 year
This lab is a generalist community hospital lab in which the hired individual would work all benches as needed.
Duties:
- Performs high and moderate complexity testing at a basic level.
- Testing for chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation and stat blood bank is the majority of this work
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates/Bachelor's Degree in biological, chemical science. Must meet course attendance to meet CLIA guidelines.
- MLT/MT program graduate preferred
- Certification: ASCP required after 1 year of hire
