We're seeking a dedicated Medical Front Office Supervisor to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Front Office.
- Ensure seamless patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise and support front desk staff.
- Collaborate with different departments for efficient clinic functioning.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and patient service.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $28 - 30 per hour based on experience.
