·Greet patients as they arrive presenting NSPS in a friendly, professional manner and check-in them in for their appointments, and check-out patients and schedule any needed appointments.
· Answer phone, schedule, confirm patient appointments, print check-in documents to ensure efficient daily workflow, and route calls to appropriate staff members.
·Respond to initial inquiries to qualify, inform, schedule consultations, collect consult deposit, add new patients to PN and send registration invite email.
·Ensure all inquiries are added to spreadsheet and responded to in a timely manner.
·Take payments from patients for procedures and products.
·Scan and save records to patient charts.
·Prepare bank deposits for checks and cash received.
·Handle sensitive and confidential situations with compassion and professionalism.
·Participate in events and marketing initiatives.
Skills:
-Friendly, professional and excellent communication skills required
-Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with strong ability to multi-task required
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
-Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
-Ability to work effectively as a team player
