Medical Office Front Desk Patient Coordinator/Medical Assistant (Full-time)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Office Front Desk Patient Coordinator/Medical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Front Desk and coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, and ensure a positive patient experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, and take before & after photos
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care and follow-up
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient care and social media marketing

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office as medical assistant
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
