We are an emerging physical therapy practice in the Boise area with a small team looking to expand to our current front + Gym staff.
We have a space currently renovated and see a wide variety of physical therapy cases throughout the day with our 3 therapists. We maintain a relaxed and fun environment with our patients and this translates to our employees.
Daily tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls / Scheduling appointments
- Receiving payments and documenting
- Calling/notifying insurance companies of patient information
- Custodial Duties for Patient Rooms between visits
- Guiding + Supervising patients through simple tasks
- Greeting patients as they enter and calling patients as needed
- Multi-tasking + Collaborating with our other front office team member
Experience Preferred/required
- 1 Year+ of front office /receptionist experience
