Thrive Physical Therapy, a locally-owned clinic, is seeking a dynamic team player for the Front Desk. Front desk knowledge and experience is preferred but not required. Must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism and organization.

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients. The position is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments within the office, completing administrative processing (authorizations and verifications) and reports and recordkeeping. We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive and an excellent communicator. The ability to support patients & physical therapy providers, answer their questions and lead them in directions to solve issues they may have, is essential.

Essential Job Functions/Qualifications

• Must be able to work in-person 11:45 AM- 6:45 PM Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays
• Option for remote work 7 hours / week after fully trained
• Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Must be able to manage time
• Requires the ability to multitask
• Must be physically able to do light laundry and cleaning

Position Hours

In-Person position hours are Monday through Thursday 11:45 AM - 6:45 PM; Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (required schedule)

Option for additional 7 Hours/Week remote work to equal 40 hours a week after fully trained (~ 6-9 months) (not a requirement, but an option)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
