As a Medical Device Assembler for Class 2 Medical Devices at Rekovar Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing Medical Devices, adhering to strict regulatory standards and company guidelines. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Device Assembly: Precisely assemble Class 2 Medical Devices according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
Quality Assurance: Perform visual inspections and functional tests to ensure that devices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any deviations encountered during manufacturing.
Workstation Maintenance: Keep assembly workstations clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control, to resolve any production issues and improve processes.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all applicable regulations, including FDA and ISO standards, to ensure product quality and compliance.
