Medical Device Assembler

Acara solutions is looking for assemblers to work with our client in Burlingame, CA who have revolutionized the Medical Devicemanufacturing industry.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Familiar with manufacturing processes such as applying adhesive, UV curing, and cutting techniques
• Positive demeanor with a strong work ethic and desire to be a big part of a growing organization.
• Minimum 1 year working in the Medical Device industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent assembly skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to reliably follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in controlled environments.
• Build Medical Devices that can be used for design and manufacturing optimization.
• Follow test protocols to help characterize new devices.
• Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices and microscopes to aid in prototyping and testing.
• Comfortable supporting multiple products and engineers.
• Keep work area, equipment and materials clean, organized and properly identified.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Assembly: 3 years (Required)
• Medical Device: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Burlingame, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
