Medical Device Assembler

LightStim is looking for a Medical Device Assembler to join our team. This entry position is 100% on site and Shift hours are from 5am to 1.30pm.

This is a direct hire, no agency.

In this role, you assemble precise, high value devices for professional and home use. Lightstim is the market leader in red-light therapy and rapidly growing into the fitness and rehabilitation market. Our ideal applicant has cleanroom assembly experience and exceptional hand-eye coordination. You should also feel comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and be able to adhere to GMP guidelines and preferably have worked under 5S guidelines.

Medical Device Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

· Assemble devices according to exact specifications

· Able to read and understand technical drawings and/or diagrams

· Perform device testing to verify its quality

· Maintain a clean work area

· Proactively enhance the work environment

· Label and pack completed products for shipping

· Receiving and inspecting materials

· Report material shortages

· Use of the ERP system

Medical Device Assembler Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· Cleanroom assembly experience (a plus)

· Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

· Basic reading and math skills

· Ability to stand for long periods

· Attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
