The Medical Assistant at the Prattville office of Montgomery Cancer Center will provide quality patient care in a prompt and professional manner; assists in patient assessment; provides communication of patient information to and from physician; assumes various job tasks as assigned such as assisting RNs, stocking supplies and sanitizing exam rooms. Great schedule. Monday - Friday, day shift.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer medical training through a Medical Assistant certificate program or at least 2 years experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to accurately assess patient vitals
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
