```Duties```
- Provide patient care by assisting with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and handling billing and insurance claims
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with coding and documentation of patient medical records
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare provider
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort
- Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare team
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or relevant healthcare role
- Proficient in performing basic medical procedures and tasks
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required

- Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to patients
- Medical administrative support: Proficient in handling administrative tasks in a healthcare setting
- Vital signs: Knowledge and ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Coding: Understanding of medical coding principles and ability to assign appropriate codes to patient records
- Medication administration: Competence in administering medications following prescribed guidelines
- Patient service: Strong customer service skills to ensure positive patient experiences
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy to assist with patient care and communication with healthcare providers
- Physiology knowledge: Knowledge of basic physiological processes to support patient care activities
- Medical terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Basic life support: Certification in basic life support techniques for emergency situations
