Medical Administrative Assistant

Personal Care Physicians, located in Farmington, is a concierge medical practice providing exceptional primary care to patients throughout the state of Connecticut. We are seeking a goal orientated individual with a committed work ethic to join our team. Duties include heavy phone contact with patients and medical specialty offices, placing lab work, prescription refills and medical imaging orders, meticulous follow up with patients and other medical offices, scheduling appointments, obtaining pre-authorizations, data entry into patient charts, greeting patients and many other general office tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize workday is critical. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be comfortable and confident working with the public. Medical office experience required. This is an on-site, full-time, 40 hour a week position with growth potential. We are looking to find someone to grow with our practice on a long term basis.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
