Med Spa Receptionist Front Office

Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and welcoming Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. This role involves administrative duties, client education on services and treatments, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Manage the reception area, maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Answer phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and provide reminders to clients.
• Respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and products offered.
• Check clients in and out for their appointments and process payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Coordinate with physician to ensure client consultations and appointments are handled efficiently, as needed
• Educate clients on pre-appointment requirements and post-treatment care.
• Uphold confidentiality agreements and maintain client privacy.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking retail products, and organizing promotional materials.
• Assists with ordering medications and materials.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Support the management team with tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a spa, medical clinic, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of spa booking systems is an advantage, EMR Aesthetic Record
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A willingness to learn about medical spa services and treatments.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: 1099 Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Medspa Customer service: 1 year preferred
• Aesthetic treatments: 1 year preferred

License/Certification:
