Med-Spa Receptionist

Seeking an experienced candidate to fill a Receptionist/Front Desk position at Mint and Thyme Holistic Med Spa.

The perfect candidate is someone who is professional, enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and an overall team player. The primary role of the position is to provide consistent, quality customer service to the guests and oversee all aspects of spa operations . The ideal candidate must be available to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Weekends from 9am-5pm (Monday and Wednesdays off).

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

-Perform spa opening/closing duties, including laundry and dishes

-Greeting clients

-Providing appropriate paperwork and intake forms for clients

-Handle monetary transactions

-Assist in booking appointments

-Provide exceptional customer service and help answer any questions that a client may have

-Answer phone, voicemail, return client calls

-Assist in retail ordering and inventory management

-Assist with promotions and sales, monthly newsletter, and social media

-Ensure customer satisfaction

-Perform other job related duties as requested

Qualifications and Skills:

-required: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist/ Front Desk Personnel

-highly motivated, enthusiastic individual

-business-casual attire

-provide excellent customer service skills

-reliable and trustworthy

-comfortable with multi-tasking

-has own transportation

-self motivated

-experience with Mindbody software is needed to apply

-will be expected to become knowledgeable in all services and retail offered

-*must be available to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (9:00am-5:00pm)
