At SkinCeuticals SkinLab™ by Mt. Pleasant Dermatology, our mission is to take the guesswork out of finding the best skincare solutions for expert results.
Our team of skin experts, led by board certified dermatologist, Dr. Stephanie-Smith-Phillips, aim to give a multi-faceted approach to great skin with one simple formula: advanced diagnostics, signature aesthetic treatments, and effective skincare.
We are currently seeking a career-minded, self-motivated Med Spa Front Desk Specialist for SkinLab Charleston. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills in a face-to-face capacity and be able to recommend skincare products and services as well as motivate clients to sign up for our SKINVIP membership, and purchase packages that will benefit their skin and lifestyle the most!
Building customer rapport is vital. Working in a team environment and achieving goals is of utmost importance. Spa/Hospitality/Retail skill sets are a must!
Open: Tuesday through Saturday
Responsibilities Include:
Focus on providing excellent and consistent client experiences
Build rapport with clients
Neat and tidy in appearance. Professional attitude and work ethic
Saturdays a MUST!
Schedule client services while implementing proper procedures
Understand and believe in the benefits of ongoing professional skincare
Educate guests on services, memberships, and products
Cross-service and product recommendations and sales
Meet sales goals set and thrive in a goal-driven environment
Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette
Confirming appointments
Must possess proficient computer skills (Vagaro experience a plus)
Supporting service staff
Responsible for balancing and checking the register drawer. Handling of money.
Performing other duties as assigned such as spa cleaning and laundry duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
