- Review and Assess Designs
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the designs
- Ensure effective coordination and integration between the designs and the architectural constructiondocuments
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting deficiencies, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in there viewed designs.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to foster interdisciplinary coordination and maintain effective communication channels
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal quality assurance processes, standards, and guidelines
- Support the firm's vision of building an engineering practice by actively participating in business development initiatives, fostering relationships with clients and consultants, and exploring potential expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A professional license (PE) in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 8+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems designs, codes, and standards, preferably in the context of publicschool project
- Proven ability to identify and resolve coordination issues
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth and development ofyour team
- Proficiency in producing designs in relevant MEP design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail
