Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete product development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and integration.
• Engineer systems and components tailored to the unique demands of a specialized industry (e.g., frozen treats).
• Conduct meticulous experiments, analyze data systematically, and derive meaningful insights.
• Rigorously test theoretical designs to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
• Employ innovative problem-solving approaches to tackle emerging challenges.
• Master the evaluation of overall product performance, reliability, and safety.
• Continuously optimize and refine product designs to meet evolving requirements.
• Skillfully forecast budgets and project scopes while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Actively seek insights from operational staff and field technicians for valuable feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive product records and documentation for transparency.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, particularly in cutting-edge refrigeration technologies.
• Occasionally engage in on-site visits to remote locations for assessments and support.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FOOD / BEVERAGE / DAIRY EQUIPMENT
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in machine design and refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in using 2D and 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Adeptness in engineering analysis tools such as ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar software.
• Deep understanding of fundamental engineering concepts, including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.
• A blend of creativity and analytical prowess for innovative problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills to translate technical knowledge for collaboration.
• Proficiency in technical writing for documentation purposes.
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
