Mechanical Assembler

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring that they meet quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency

Required skills:

• Good knowledge of hand tools.
• Above average mechanical knowledge.
• Able to work overtime and including weekends as production dictate.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ensures workmanship meets quality standards.
• Works with little supervision and can work through job requirements.
• Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
