Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Troubleshooter and Assembler to join our bench team in Carrollton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical assembly, experience with wiring harnesses, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. This role will primarily involve diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, checking belt alignment, assembling parts, cleaning components, and ensuring optimal functionality of equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues.
· Inspect and adjust belt alignment to ensure proper operation.
· Assemble mechanical components and parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
· Test and verify the functionality of assembled equipment.
· Clean and maintain parts and components to ensure longevity and performance.
· Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
· Document assembly processes and contribute to the development of assembly procedures.
· Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a bench role.
· Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
· Knowledge of wiring harnesses and electrical systems is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
