TECHNICAL ASSEMBLER –CleanAir Express

CleanAir has over 50 years of experience in air pollution testing and consulting. We provide instrumentation as well as testing and custom equipment manufacturing.

We are currently looking for a Lead Assembler for our manufacturing team. Primary responsibilities will include product assembly, instrument calibration, repair, maintenance, and general housekeeping. This position requires a working knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and the ability to work well with others.

Daily activities include:

• Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and drawings including identifying parts to drawing, symbol recognition and material recognition.
• Utilizing drawings plan assembly and build sequence.
• Build and wire assemblies, sub-assemblies, and large integrated systems.
• Utilize a variety of power and hand tools for wiring and assembly.
• Read, interpret, and understand schematics including component and symbol recognition.
• Utilizing schematic, plan electrical assembly and wiring sequence.
• Follow electrical schematic for build and wiring.
• Perform mechanical and electrical inspections.
• Test and adjust as required on any parts or components, electrical or mechanical following general procedures and methods to ensure proper functionality of equipment.

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and build to prints.
• Ability to read schematic and wire to schematic specifications.
• Knowledge and understanding of the applicable electrical best practices.

Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record review. Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
