Job Summary:
Positioned for continued growth and expansion in their Women’s Health Services, HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to joining their well-established and highly respected group of physicians.Qualified Candidates:
- Join established practice
- Consultative only, no deliveries with inpatient coverage for HCA Florida North Florida Hospital only
- No in-house call
- Practice call taken in week increments / mostly telephone call
- All full-time sonographers are boarded in fetal echocardiography
- OBGYN residents rotate through office / opportunity for teaching, if interested
- 2 practice locations (Gainesville and Ocala) with expansion opportunities
- Large catchment area
- Board certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in cerclage placement desired
- Proficiency in amniocentesis and / or chorionic villus sampling (CVS) would be a plus
- First MFM practice in Florida to obtain AUM 76811 Adjunct Detailed Fetal Anatomic US Accreditation
- Only MFM practice in the area that is AIUM accredited
- NFRMC delivers over 3,500 babies a year and recently opened level III NICU
- GE Voluson E10 machines and reporting system (Viewpoint) available
