WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Manage and supervise a team of security officers
• Ensure security officers are performing their duties effectively
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Provide support and guidance to security officers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field
• Must possess a valid [State] Security Officer License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid government issued ID card
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
