Stoneybrook Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility and long term senior care facility offering 24-hour nursing care. Our professional nursing staff works hand in hand with our Rehabilitation, Activities, Dietary and Social Services departments to orchestrate total care for each resident.

Job Description: Employee is required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: State certification or completion of the 40 hr check list and final certification within three months of hiring. Acceptable standing with the Nurse Aide Registry as applicable.
