Internship Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year (2024-2025 school year) and full-time during the summer months (summer 2024).
- Fully onsite
- Start Date: May 2024
What you'll do:
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Assist in other projects and function as a resource for other team members.
- Participate in the fundamentals of product design and development including testing using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Document and improve processes.
What you'll need:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
What we'd prefer:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- AutoCAD experience.
